Natural wood furniture, built to pounce on
Every Pounce tree begins as a single length of fruitwood, selected by hand and shaped into branches and perches. It stands on a solid oak base turned on the lathe, and is wrapped in natural sisal where claws belong.
No two trunks are alike, so no two trees are either. The grain, knots, and lines on yours are its own.

Materials & care
Trunk: a single length of solid natural fruitwood, hand-selected and shaped by hand. No carpet, no particleboard, no composite.
Base: solid oak, turned on a lathe and weighted so the tree stands steady.
Scratching: more than 40 in of natural sisal rope wrapped around the trunk.
Perches: baskets fitted with removable faux fur cushions in Cloud.
Care: wipe the wood with a soft, damp cloth and vacuum the baskets with a brush attachment. Machine-wash the cushions cold with no detergent, then lay flat to dry. Sisal and cushions are built to wear and can be replaced in minutes.

The warranty
If the trunk, base, perches, or hardware ever fail in normal use, we will repair or replace them for the life of the tree.
Covered: splitting that affects stability, a failed base, a broken perch or basket, and worn or stripped hardware.
Not covered: sisal and cushions, which are made to wear and replace in minutes; the natural character of solid wood, such as knots and fine surface lines; and damage from other pets, moving, or modification.
